For more information, see [Self-hosted runners](/en/enterprise-server@3.21/actions/concepts/runners/self-hosted-runners).\n\n## Usage limits and policy\n\nThere are several limits on GitHub Actions usage when using GitHub-hosted runners. See [Actions limits](/en/enterprise-server@3.21/actions/reference/limits).\n\nIn addition to the usage limits, you must ensure that you use GitHub Actions within the [GitHub Terms of Service](/en/site-policy/github-terms/github-terms-of-service). Assignment of GitHub-hosted runners is always evaluated using only the caller's context.
