# 为客户端创建企业帐户并支付相关费用
可以代表客户创建企业帐户 GitHub 并为其付费。
## 先决条件
在开始之前，请确保知道：
* GitHub 将成为你创建的企业的所有者的客户端的用户名
* 客户希望使用的企业名称
* 用于接收收据的电子邮件地址
* 客户在企业中需要的席位数
* 客户所需的企业帐户类型，请参阅“[为 GitHub Enterprise Cloud 选择企业类型](/zh/enterprise-cloud@latest/admin/concepts/enterprise-fundamentals/choose-an-enterprise-type)”
## 步骤 1：在 上创建个人帐户 GitHub
你将使用个人帐户来设置企业帐户。 将来续订或更改客户的订阅时，您也需要访问此帐户以进行相关操作。
如果已有个人帐户 GitHub，请跳到 [步骤 2](#step-2-create-the-enterprise-account)。
1. 转到“[加入 GitHub](https://github.com/join)”页。
2. 填写表单，然后单击“创建帐户”。
3. 为您的个人帐户选择 GitHub Free。
4. 单击“完成注册”。
## 步骤 2：创建企业帐户
1. 导航到“[设置企业试用版](https://github.com/account/enterprises/new)”。
2. 根据客户的要求：
* 在GitHub.com上拥有个人账户的企业用户：点击**开始使用个人账户**
* 拥有托管用户和可选数据驻留的企业：单击“Get started with managed users”\*\*\*\*
3. 在表单中填写客户信息。
如果选择企业托管用户，请定义数据托管要求“[关于支持数据驻留的 GitHub Enterprise Cloud](/zh/enterprise-cloud@latest/admin/data-residency/about-github-enterprise-cloud-with-data-residency)”。
4. 单击“创建企业”。
## 步骤 3：将企业升级到年度付费订阅
1. 导航到您的企业。 例如，从 GitHub.com 上的 [公司](https://github.com/settings/enterprises?ref_product=ghec\&ref_type=engagement\&ref_style=text) 页面。
2. 在页面顶部，单击“ **设置**”。
3. 在页面顶部，单击“ ** 计费”和“许可**”。
4. 在页面顶部，单击“购买企业版”。
5. 在“你希望多久计费一次?”下，选择“按年付费”。
6. 在“你想要包含多少个席位?”下，键入你的客户想要的席位数。
7. 在“付款方式”下，输入付款详细信息。
8. 单击“ **完成 GitHub Enterprise 购买**”。
## 步骤 4：邀请客户成为企业所有者

## 步骤 5：将角色更改为账单管理员
1. 导航到您的企业。 例如，从 GitHub.com 上的 [公司](https://github.com/settings/enterprises?ref_product=ghec\&ref_type=engagement\&ref_style=text) 页面。
2. 在页面顶部，单击“** 人员**”。
3. 在“ People”下，单击“管理员”\*\*\*\*。
4. 确认客户已被列为企业所有者。
5. 在用户名右侧，选择 下拉菜单，然后单击“更改角色”。
6. 选择“账单管理员”，然后单击“更改角色”。
## 后续步骤

3. 如果您想将贵公司的信用卡从企业账户中移除，以免在续订或产生其他费用时自动扣款，请联系 通过网站管理员[GitHub支持门户](https://support.github.com)。
